Lucy Park

Lucy Park, a 178-acre park It is located in the middle of the city, at the Wichita River bend. This gives it a natural setting of huge cottonwoods and pecans as well as many other species of introduced and native trees. There is a large area of pond that is dedicated to waterfowl. Ducks and geese are found there all year. A 1.7-mile concrete trail circles the park for those who love to bike and hike. This is the west start point of the City-wide Circle Trail System.
